A dynamic performer, and one of the most prolific guitar performers in South Australian music history, Richie Robinson’s passion lies somewhere between funk, jazz, rock and the blues.

Sometimes you’ll hear every flavour at once. At other times, you’ll hear the depth of a well-travelled master of jazz and blues guitar.

Richie has a way of changing expectations of the instrument — with the ability to improvise and innovate as a free thinker, and the heart and soul to always keep it real.

Over the years, Richie’s path has crossed with an extraordinary range of notable musicians and celebrities — through shared stages, bills and spontaneous jams, television appearances, production work for Rusty Anderson of Paul McCartney’s band, jamming with members of Stevie Wonder’s band, and even working alongside Mel Gibson as an extra while still a teenager.
